Public sector organizations conduct recruitment in different modes. Hiring procedure is normally done by external recruitment, internal promotion and transfer. These firms invite applications for the vacant positions through advertisements. Usually, graduation is the basic eligibility for PSU job. They conduct written test to know the caliber of the candidate. Candidates who clear the written test will be shortlisted for interview. Final selection will be based on scores obtained in screening test and interview.
