Well tell me that if i get 60% in i.p.e and if i would get 50 in EAMCET what will be my chance to do to get an admission in a nice b-tech college.

See, you have to consider various competitive exam. lets us discuss about some of them. Some are of state level and some are organised by the central organisations through which students get a chance to study in prestigious IIT's and NIT's.

The various exams are-
1. IITJEE- It takes students for the IIT's.

2. AIEEE- For the NIT's. Various private colleges as well as the state government colleges also take from this exam

3. IPEC- exam of IP university of Delhi

4. UPSEE- for the Uttar Pradesh technical university

5. VIT- for Vellore Technical university

6. BITS- Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Most of these are in the month of May, June and July, after the board exams of the students are finished.
