I am 3rd year diploma student at VJTI and from stream of electronics. I want to know is there any direct second year admission chances for IITs and NITs? If no, which are the BEST institutes allow such direct second year admissions like BITS, PILANI? What is the process for that? Is there any better college than VJTI in maharashtra where i can get admission in second year and how?

in every b.tech college(exacept NIT & IIT) there are 10 to 20 seats vacant for the diploma holders to give direct entry into 2nd year of b.tech. for getting admission, you will have to give an lateral entry entrance exam of your state. the more marks you get in that exam, more will be your chances of getting a good college.
