The passing marks depend on subjects and normally it depends on state. As you haven't mentioned you are from which state it is difficult to provide you the information.

However, i would like to inform you that in many state colleges/universities the passing marks is 35% and in many states its 40%.

Consequently, it has to be the same in vernacular languages as Telugu.
