When application form going to issue for admission for b.e. 2015-2016 when application forms are issuing for B.E. ADMISSION 2015-2016

Application forms are not available like the way available for general science or arts streams. In general sciences after the result of application forms come out after 12th standards results come out. Then the administrative staff scrutinize the application and only those candidates whose application forms certify that they have got well above the cut-off criteria are selected.
But in case of B.E. you are supposed to sit for a multiple choice type competitive examination called JEE Mains. If you pass in every paper then you will get a valid rank in JEE Mains. You will also get a call for counseling procedure on a stipulated date. If you get a call then you will have to select your college and your preferred B.E. stream in that counseling procedure on the spot. So there is no concept of application forms here.
