A graduation in any discipline with minimum of 45% marks from a certified college can pursue B.ed course. But pursuing B.ed in some universities like IGNOU requires teaching experience in primary, secondary, higher or senior secondary school recognized by CG, Union Territory or a State Board, and then there is an entrance test. There is no age bar to apply for the test. The fee structure varies from university to university as per my record in IGNOU the duration of this course is minimum of two years, course fee is around 17,400. Here is a list of B.ed colleges for distance education in India:--

IGNOU - Indira Gandhi National Open University,

Annamalai University Distance Education

Jaipur National University - Distance Education

Kakatiya University Distance Education Mysore,

Bharathidasan University Distance Education

Kashmir University Distance Education Srinagar ,

Kurukshetra University Distance Education Kurukshetra .
