You can get the entrance forms for IP university entrance form from the branches of Indian Bank.

And the last date of application is 16th April,2012

for the entrance exam of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, you have to apply online on official website of IP University. And the last date for submited the application form is 16/04/2012.
