there is not any compultion, you can check your 12 grade result anytime.
You can take help of your 12th grade admit card in which your roll call is given.

Hello dear,
You did not mention the school you are in. If you had mentioned that then you could have got the result, if also you had mentioned your examination code. With neither of them, it is difficult to find anything. You now have to go immediately to your principal or vice principal and report about your missing examination code. Only the school register will have the details of the examination roll number or code etc. So the moment you report this to them, they will match your class roll number with the office database and get you your result.

As you may know that Class/Grade 12th is one of the most important classes and junctions in a students life. It is the last year of the school life.

Every board conduct their own Board Exams which is on All India Basis. But since you have not mentioned as to which board do you belong from, I will not be able to tell you exact dates of your grade 12 results.

However if you are from CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) then the 12th grade results are usually out in the last week of May month that year. So you can keep a check on their official website about the notification.
