Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the Bank PO Exam for 19 public sector of bank.

The minimum educational qualification for IBPS PO Exam is Graduation , need not require any percentage marks .

Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years old.

Age relaxation :-

3 years for OBC candidates,
5 years for SC/ST candidates,
10 years for PH/Govt Employee candidates.

Selection process for IBPS Exam is 1)Written Test 2) Personal Interview.

Pattern for IBPS PO Exam:-

Reasoning : 50 questions of 50 marks
English Language : 50 questions of 25 marks
Quantitative Aptitude : 50 questions of 50 marks
General Awareness : 50 questions of 50 marks
Computer Knowledge : 50 questions of 50 marks
Descriptive paper on English Composition : 25 marks

IBPS not announced any exam notification for IBPS PO Exam so further notification you will visit to IBPS website .

IBPS conducts the PO exams just once each year
IBPS conducts this exams on behalf of 20 Nationalised banks

Dates for the 2013 exams has not been announced.
It may be held in June or July 2013

But you can start the preparation for the exams if you meet the below eligibilty criteria for applying to this exams:

Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass
Age should be between 20 and 30 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations

Questions will be asked from the below sections in the IBPS PO Exams:
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning
General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry
Computer Knowledge
English Language
Descriptive Paper on English Composition

Institute of Banking Personnel Services conducts the Bank PO entrance exam. This entrance exam is conducted once in a year and there are 19 Public Sector banks who participates for this entrance exam.

The Bank PO entrance exam by IBPS as I mentioned earlier is conducted once in a year. The exact month is June. However it could change. So far IBPS has not issued any notification for that exam.

The notification is generally issued couple of months in advance. Therefore expect the notification for the IBPS Bank PO not before the month of April. You can consistently visit www.ibps.in and check the website for notification. The official notification will include all the important dates including date of exam etc.


IBPS Bank PO Eligibility

1. IBPS exams are strictly limited to Indian nationals.

2. Qualification required to appear for Bank PO is graduation degree.

3. There is no percentage issue.

4. Age limit is 20 to 30 years for the Bank PO.


Upper Age Relaxation

1. The upper age limit is extended from 30 to 33 for OBC.

2. There is another 2 years relaxation for SC/ST making it 35 years.

3. Add another 5 years for PWD and make it 40 years.

Sorry, but IBPS has not announced yet any examination date regarding with PO examination.

IBPS conducts Bank Clerk and PO examinations.

The selection procedure for IBPS examination is mentioned as below:-

* Interview.

The eligibility criteria required for IBPS examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation in any discipline from any recognized college or university.

* Marks or percentage is not required for this examination.

at present IBPS going through the allotment process of IBPS PO-II, for the selected candidates
and
has not come with any new notification of recruitment of IBPS PO-III.
