i want to give next ibps exam.

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection and For this year IBPS PO Examination Notification was already declared, Common written examination will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Public Sector Banks.

If you have completed your Graduate degree course in any discipline from a recognised University, then you are eligible for this examination.

Examination fees Rs 50 for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
And examination fees Rs 450 for all others.

Mode of Payment : Online OR Offline.

The date of the Written Examination has been tentatively fixed for 17/June/2012 (Sunday).

You have to bring their Written Examination call letter along with your photo identity proof in original as well as a photocopy while attending the written examination and you will have to submit the Written Examination call letter and photocopy of photo-identity proof in the examination hall.

The examination is Objective as well as descriptive and you have to cracked both the examination.

The IBPS which means Institute of Banking Personnel Services conducts the Bank PO and Clerk entrance exam. As for now, there is no notification for the next exam. The reason is that recently an entrance exam was conducted.

Therefore you will have to wait at least 2-3 months before the next exam will take place. The IBPS Clerk exam which is conducted twice a month is generally conducted in March. But since the last IBPS Clerk exam got delayed and was conducted in December, it is unknown whether the next exam will be scheduled on time or it will be delayed.

What you should do is visit the www.ibps.in which is the official website of the Institute of Banking Personnel Services. The notification of the next exam will be published in this very website. Although this information is also published on leading newspapers.


IBPS Clerk Eligibility

1. Candidate should have graduation degree in any discipline.

2. There is no percentage requirement.

3. You should have a diploma/degree in Computers. Alternatively you should have studied Computers/IT as one of the subjects in 12th or college.

4. The age limit for the exam is 20 to 28 years.

5. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC.

6. SC/ST candidates are given 5 years relaxation.

7. Person with Disability gets 10 years relaxation.


IBPS Bank PO

1. Candidate should be of Indian origin.

2. Minimum of bachelor degree from any recognized university.

3. There is no minimum percentage criteria.

4. The age limit is 20 to 30 years for Bank PO.

5. The relaxation is 3 years in age limit for OBC.

6. Five years relaxation for SC/ST.

7. Ten years relaxation for PWD.

The Next IBPS P.O 2013 will be held on 6th month of year 2013.

And after conducting the exam of IBPS P.O the Clerical exams will be conducted.

And lastly the specialist officers jobs exam will be notified by a notification after all these exams are done.

The Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection keeps the right to conduct the common written examination for the below mentioned banks for the Bank PO Posts as well as Clerical Posts.



So , as far as i am concerned , IBPS has recently conducted an examination and no notification regarding the next exam has been published yet.

So , i suggest you to wait for the next examination to be conducted in 2013.

IBPS has decided that they will be holding IBPS PO exams only once each year.
Next exam may be held in June 2013
Notification will come out in March 2013

So, you need to wait till March for the notification.
