I COMPLETED MY ICWAI INTERMEDIATE IN DECEMBER 2015 ATTEMPT(BOTH GROUPS) AND JOINED FOR ARTICLES IN COMPANY AND UPLOAD FORM T-4 DURING MY ARTICLES WITHOUT MAKING REGISTRATION TO FINAL. RECENTLY I WENT TO ICWAI CHAPTER FOR MORE DETAILS ABOUT COURSE THEY SAID THAT FORM T-4&T-5 IS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER REGISTRATION OF FINAL COURSE AND BEFORE GOING TO GIVE FINAL ATTEMPT and upload of form T-4 maded before final registration will not be valied please give complete details when FORM T-4&T-5 HAS TO BE UPLOADED for uploading of these forms final registration is complusory

I have uploaded T4 form in which i have mentioned the date of joining is 18th of march 2019 due to some internal issue the date of joining is 22nd march 2019 and now i have to upload the new T4 so what will be the solution for this query. There is no option to upload the correct scanned T4 FORM.
