Application Process for SBI PO Recruitment 2013
Applications for State Bank of India (SBI) Probationary Officer recruitment 2013 can be submitted till 23rd February. Applications can be submitted online through the official web portal of SBI. Initial registration is the very first step, in which applicant should enter details like personnel information, educational qualifications and address for communication. After initial registration process, one can go for fee payment through online or offline mode.
Step 1: Initial Registration
As the initial step of application process, candidates need to register online through the official portal of SBI. Scanned copy of photograph and signature must be uploaded as the initial process. After that, open the link for online application and enter details like personnel information, educational qualifications and address for communication. On submitting the filled up application form, a system generated registration number and password will be issued to the candidate. Such details must be kept safe for future log in and reference purposes.
Step 2: Fee Payment
Those who have completed with the initial registration process can go for fee payment. Fee payment can made through online or offline mode. Fee challan form should be used for offline mode payment. This can be collected from the web portal of SBI, any time after completing initial registration process. Application fee amounting to Rs. 200/- must be remitted through any branch of State Bank of India. Fee will be accepted from 2nd working day after initial registration process. Registration process is complete upon fee payment.
Online fee payment can be made through the fee payment gateway available. Debit card, credit card and internet banking are the common options available for online fee payment. Candidate can select any of these options and can make the fee payment, by providing the information as asked on the screen. Upon successful completion of the application process, an e-receipt and application form will be generated.
Guidelines for scanning the Photograph and Signature
The dimensions of the photograph must be 200 x 230 pixels and file size must be between 20kb–50kb. In case of signature, the dimensional specifications required are 140 x 60 pixels and file size should fall between 10 kb and 20kb. Applicants must be careful on certain things while uploading photograph and signature.
- Photograph or signature must be clear
- Photograph must be recent and color picture
- Ensure the size of photograph and signature, as specified
- Signature used for scanning must be of candidate’s itself
Those who complete the application process successfully will be intimated over e-mail and mobile phone.
