After getting the joining letter, some candidates not join the department. So, after declaring the merit list, the department put some candidates in their waiting list. If the candidates in the merit list list not join the department, then that candidates called for the joining, who put by the department in waiting list.
Hence, there is not the 100 percent chances for your joining in AISL.
So, be carefull about your study.

For this you need to wait for a while as you have got selected than definitely you will be called as soon as all the preceding gets over.
Sometime there can be different problem in their department due to which they might be getting late so you need to wait and keep looking their official web site at regular interval so that there won't be any chance of missing the information.
