will i get joining letter in indian air force if i m selected in waiting list my birth date is 1 dec 1991

Medical process of Air Force Service Selection board is last stage, there are two kinds of list generated by Indian Air Force. One list contain names of candidates who have selected in different branch of India Air Force based on written test and SSB and other list of candidates are in waiting list.

Suppose some candidates based on medical grounds after results of different medical screening comes. Now candidates who are listed in waiting list are given chance to appear for medical test and if cleared he gets chance to join Air Force and then joining letter is issued.

Sir my name is vipin kumar and my roll no is 1603139693 (group x) and my joining letter was not come according to enrollment 10_12_2016 so tell me sir what can I do

Is it sure that one candidate must get his joining letter if his name is in aisl main list in 2nd enrollment,if he doesn't get in first enrollment?
