sir now i'm completed my +2 exam. when will the application form for x group of technical will be issued?

The application has to be filled an A4 size sheet.Advertisements are published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar inviting the applications for All India Selection Tests (STs).So, please go through daily newspapers to be updated about the notifications.
