when will BCA form in IP universiy be available for sale?

The Application Form can be obtained by one of the following ways:
You can purchase the form from selected branches of Punjab and Sind Bank for Rs 1000. For Branches details visit ipu.ac.in

You can obtain the Application form can through post. A request is to be send to the Joint Registrar (Academic), Room No. 108, Administrative Block, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110403 along with a draft of Rs. 1100/- drawn in favour of “Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University” payable at delhi.

You can also submit the form online through the link http:\\ipu.admissionhelp.com.

i'm doing b.c.a in 1st year from correspondence can i get direct admision into 2nd year in i.p university.if yes what is the procedure?
