i am very much interested to apply for this exam.

NDA Exam is going to be conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.

This exam is the entrance exam for the candidats to be placed in various Defence services like
-Army wing
-Navy wing
-Air Force wing

The selection procedure to be placed in these defence services is by
-Written Exam
-Interview
Later on a medical test will also be conducted for the candidates.

Here is the eligibility criteria for this exam.

-One should have completed 12th class from a recognized board in order to be eligible for Army wing.
-But in order to be eligible for Navy and Air Force wings, one should have completed 12th class with Mathematics and Physics as the compulsory subjects.

-In addition, one should be in the age group of 16 1/2 years to 19 years to be eligible for this exam.

Here are the important dates regarding upcoming NDA Exam.
-Date of commencement of notification : 31-12-2011
-Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 30-01-2012
-Date of NDA I Exam : 15-04-2012

N.D.A stand for National Defence Academy.
N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with any subject from recognized university or board
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year
> Medically fit

Date of Notification:-31.12.2011
Last date of receipt of form:-30.01.2012(MONDAY)
Date of exam:-15.04.2012(SUNDAY)

NDA-National Defense Academy

NDA exam is conducted by UPSC every year twice to take qualified students into different defense service like
>>Indian Air Force Academy
>>Indian Navy Academy
>>Indian Army

Eligibility criteria for NDA exam:
For Indian Air Force/Indian Navy Academy:
You should have complete 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
For Indian Army Academy:
You should have complete 12th class with any stream from a recognized university.
And your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years.

This exam notification release in the month of December and May every year and exam will held on April,August month every year respectively.

NDA-I exam application form Details:
Issuing of application form from 31st Dec 2011 to 30th Jan 2012.
And exam will held on 15th April 2012.

NDA-II exam application form details:
Issuing of application form from 5th May 2012 to 4th June 2012.
And exam will held on 19th August 2012.
