Where can I appear under 85% state reservation quota?


Sir,
I am born in Punjab. I and my parents are domicile of Punjab. I did my schooling in Andhra Pradesh upto 10+1 and doing my 12th from my home State Punjab. Where can I appear under 85% State Reservation Quota in the State PMT ?
