The application forms of All India Pre-Medical Test is usually available at the Canara Bank Branches as soon as the notification is published by CBSE.
The notification for the AIPMT 2012 has not been yet published but the examinations dates has been scheduled:
The preliminary exam is going to be conducted on 01-04-2012 and the main exam, on 13-05-2012.
Once the notification is published, you will also be able to apply online from the official website of AIPMT.
