You can apply for the AIPMT exam either online or offline.The online application form can be obtained from the below web site
http://aipmt.nic.in
The application fees is Rs1000 for general category candidates and candidates of SC/ST category has to pay Rs 550 for application form.
The payment can be done online through credit card/debit card.
Candidates applying online can also submit fee through challan form which can be obtained from the web site only.

Those applying offline may obtain there application form from the Canra bank. The fees for the application form is same as for the online application form.

Candidate paying first late fees will have to pay Rs. 500 exara and candidate paying second late fee will have to pay 1000 extra.

The last date of first late fee 26.01.2012 to 08.02.2012

The date for the second late fee 09.02.2012 to 24.02.2012

The AIPMT notification is released the details are given below
1.The last date of notification is 2-feb-2012.
2.The preliminary exam is conducted on 1-april-2012.
3.The final exam is going to held on 3-5-2012.
The application cost is 1000 rupees for general candidates and 550 rupees for backward classes.Interested candidates may apply either in offline or online mode from the website www.aipmt.nic.in

You can apply online through the official website of AIPMT. The application forms will be available till February 2012. You should make the online payment either by credit card or by sending a DD along with the printed form. The candidates from open category should pay a fee of Rs. 700/- and those from reservation category has to pay Rs. 300/-. To apply for the post, the aspirants must have an age between 17 and 25 years. The candidates must complete 12th from a recognized board with English, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The applicant should have scored at least 50% in PCB.
