i live in allabhad,tell me from where ,i will get my cpmt form

According to recent announcement of CBSE, the AIPMT(or CBSE-PMT)-2012
should be conducted on 1st April 2012 and the Main examination should be
conducted on 13th May 2012.

The advertisement for the AIPMT-2012 has not been published till date.
In the earlier years the AIPMT application form used to be sold in specific
branches of Canara Bank.
Last year the following Canara Bank branches of Allahabad, were selling AIPMT application form.
Canara Bank, 16-M.G. Road, Allahabad-211 001
Canara Bank, 4/58, Sheo Charan Lal Road, Allahabad-211 003

There are chances that provision of sell of application form is stopped and
only online application submission is implemented because it has been
successfully implemented in case of AIEEE.
