Sir I want to know that the age required in CPMT exam
and if someone age is less than the required age of form
then the person can be fill the form or not.
And How many times i attempt the exam of CPMT AND NEET

HI,

Required eligibility criteria for CPMT entrance exam are as follows:

Age:

Candidate must be 17 years of age in the year in which he / she want to appear in Combined Pre Medical Test i.e (CPMT).

Educational Qualification:

The candidate must have passed intermediate science (Biology Group) or equivalent examination.

The General category candidate must have secured at least average 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidate) in aggregate in there Intermediate exam i.e +2 .

Hi friend,
Required Age:Minimum 17 years in age is required to appear the CPMT Exam.Less than that it is not possible to attempt the Exam

Notification Relased :
Last date for submission of online application form: 12th May 2013
Date of UPCPMT 2013 Entrance Examination: 3rd June 2013
Results of UP CPMT 2013 Entrance exam by first week of July

only 3 attempts available in CPMT

CPMT - Combined Pre Medical Test

CPMT is conducted in Uttar Pradesh for admission in MBBS / BDS / BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS courses, in various colleges in UP.

Eligibility for CPMT ~~

Candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Candidate must have passed intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from a recognised school of U.P. board.

Candidate must have scored an aggregate of --

50% for general category
40% for SC category ,

in science subjects.

Candidate's minimum age should be 17 years.

syllabus of CPMT ~~

There are two parts in CPMT exam --

1, Physics and Chemistry - 200 questions for 2 hrs.

2. Zoology and Botany - 200 questions for 2 hrs.

The questions are of multiple choice type.

This year CPMT has already been conducted in June.

CPMT known as Combined Pre Medical Test which is conducted in U.P for the admissions in Medical courses like MBBS(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery),BDS(Bachelor of Dental Surgery),BHMS(Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery),BAMS(Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery,) & BUMS(Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery).

Eligibility-:

Educational-> 12th passed in Science with Physics,chemistry and Biology as well as English as their subjects.The candidate must be a domicile of the state of U.P
The minimum percentage for the general candidates is 50% and 40% for the SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Age Limit-> Minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years of age at the time of admission.



Pattern-:

It consists of 2 sections namely,

1.Physics and Chemistry->It normally consists of 100 questions.

2.Zoology and Botany->It normally consists of 100 questions.

The total time for the examinations is 2 hours each for the two sections.All the questions are of Objective type of questions.


The maximum number of allowed attempts for the NEET examination is 3 nos.
