Latest Notification is released for the year 2012

There are few new things in this year GATE Exam notification.

Some things that are new in this GATE 2012 are as follows.

->Application process , Yeah application process is made completely online. this year.only by accessing GATE websites of IISc and IIT's you can apply for this exam.

->Admit card be directly downloaded this time.

->One more important change that will benefit you is No pre final year students are now allowed to appear in this year GATE entrance exam.

So I think no you are clear about your form availablility .
if not , see there will be no form available for application through offline you have to apply it online only.
after completing filling the details you need to take a printout and send the same through speed post. like BITSAT Exam previously.

Availability of GATE Forms

GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is held every year for admissions into the top M.Tech colleges of India like IITs,NITs,BITS,IISc and many more..

You can contact your regional GATE office for the forms..

The GATE forms shall also be available to you in your nearest book depot..

If you want to avoid all the headache then you can also apply online by filling up the form online and submitting it..

You should better hurry up because the last date for submitting the form online is 17th October,2011 and in the offline mode..you can submit the form by 24th October,2011..

The exam is on 29th January,2012..

NOTE :- According to the GATE 2012 guidelines..prefinal year students are not eligible for appearing in the GATE exam..

The gate applications are not available in offline mode.You have to apply through online and take the printout.
Pay the money through chalan form.
The chalan form and application keep in envelop cover sent to the required address.
To apply online the website is www.iitk.ac.in/gate/gate2012/index.php

GATE entrance exam application form is not available in offline mode.So you have apply the application form online only.

Important date for GATE-2012 exam:
Issuing of application form from 12th Sep 2011 to 17th Oct 2011.
