From where to get UPTU entrance exam form? Date for it?

I want to buy a form,for uptu entrance examination.on which date i will get it?

The earlier Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) is now known as Gautam Buddha Technical University.

They have not yet notified the admission test for the year 2012-13. It is expected very soon.
