Where should I do my registration if completed BDS in Andhra Pradesh and belongs to Maharashtra?

Hello, I have completed my BDS from Andhra Pradesh. However, I am from Maharashtra. So, I want to know that where I should do my registration? I am little confused. So, please help me in this regard. Thank you!
