All India MCA Common Entrance Test is a comprehensive examination conducted by IITs for the students aspiring to do master of computer applications (MCA).
The forms are to be downloaded from the official website or can be availed in person from the mentioned centers. The form is required to be filled up completely and with the essential details and is required to be submitted before the last day of the submission.

AIMCET Eligibility:

1. The candidate must be of Indian nationality.

2. The candidate must also have passed class 12th examination in any stream with mathematics as a main subject.

3. The candidate should also be a graduate with atleast 3 year degree.

4. The candidate appearing for the final year examination can also apply for MCA examination.

AIMCET Examination Pattern:

1. Mathematics - 100 Questions
2. Computer Awareness - 40 Questions
3. Analytical ability & Logical Reasoning - 40 Questions
4. General Awareness - 20 Question

You can download from the internet also or you can buy offline.
Online submission is an easier process.
Here I have attached a file relating about AMCET exam. About the exam centre, it is based on what you fill in the form.
