Whether the entrance exam of JUET is going to be conducted in 2016 or not? What are the important dates?

JUET is the Jammu University Entrance Test for admission in UG and PG courses. Admission is given on the basis of weightage 75% of Academic Merit and 25% of Entrance Test.

Eligibility

For UG
You must have passed (10+2) from relevant stream from a recognized board.

For PG
You must have passed bachelor's degree from relevent discipline from a recognized board.

Exam Pattern
Total Questions : 150
Total Marks : 150
Time Duration : 2.5 Hours
- General English : 40 Marks
- General Knowledge : 40 Marks
- Reasoning : 40 Marks
- Numerical Ability : 30 Marks

Each question will carry 1 mark and 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

# JUET is conducted by University of Jammu in order to make admission for various post-graduates programmes as well as under-graduate programmes.

# Other information regarding JUET 2016:

* JUET involves two question papers.
* Total marks allotted to question papers is 150.
* There is following four major sections in question paper which are:

= General English (carrying 40 questions)
= General Knowledge (carrying 40 questions)
= Reasoning Ability (carrying 40 questions)
= Numerical Ability (carrying 30 questions)

* Duration of the entrance test is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
* There is provision of negative marking @ 0.25 marks for each incorrect/wrong answer.
* Each correct/right answer will be awarded with one mark.
