who is the first Chief governor of India....please tell me who is it

There is no such concept of chief governor in India. We have chief ministers in states and Governors in Union Territories as per the rules of Democracy. The nomenclature is also used in Reserve Bank of India. There is an appointment of Governor in RBI and the ex-officio chairperson of the Central Board of directors.
