hello sir... my name is praveen and i was studing the diploma 2nd year i want to become a cid officer .so piease tell what i will do after completion of my diploma......

CID stands for Criminal Investigation Department and this is a crime detection agency under the government of India.

After completion of Diploma you can not become CID Officer. You have to pass graduation from a recognized university. Therefore you have to apply LEET exam to do B.Tech after Diploma.

UPSC conducts entrance exam every year to join CID. Your age sholud have between 20 yrs to 25 yrs.

Detective Inspector ( DI or Det Insp )

Detective Chief Inspector ( DCI 0r Det Ch Insp )

How to become a CID Officer with Diploma qualification

To become a CID Officer , You will require to qualify the entrance exam conducted by UPSC. You must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Your age should be between 21 to 30 years of the examination year.

To join CID, a candidate must have done graduation in any stream from a recognized university. A candidate who has already completed graduation can join this department as a sub-inspector.
