Mallipudi Raju Pallam Mangapati is the current education minister of India. A member of the 9th, 14th and 15th Lok Sabha of India, he represents the Kakinada constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of the Indian National Congress.

Currently he is the Cabinet Minister of India for Human Resources Development. Recently the Institution of Electronics & Telecommunications Engineers (IETE), New Delhi has conferred the ‘FELLOW’ on him.
