Is all the engineering seats under bput will be filled up through e-counselling or still there lies any management quota?

In any engineering college or even any other college, normally 20% of the seats are reserved for the management quota and only the 80% are merit based seats.
But even in management quota there are some seats that are in open management quota whereas the others are closed management quota seats.
The difference between the 2 being, that the open seats are endorsed to all and told to all, but the closed seats are reserved for someone who has a connection with a trustee or the dean of the college or the chancellor of the university.
BPUT also follows the same trend and thus 20% of their seats will be reserved for the management quota as well.
There are no details out open currently at this time of the year, as all the admissions have happened. When they start accepting students through entrance exams, that is when the management quota seats start becoming available i.e in the month of June, July.
