In which entrance examination have you scored the rank of 11459! There are so many entrance examination conducted by different boards for different degree courses. You haven't mentioned the name of the entrance exam and the degree course you want to pursue. In the absence of such vital information it is not possible to say for which college/university you are eligible for.
