My aieee rank is 21,457 I Will be able to get mining engg from nit surathkal/or any other nit in 4th or 5th . Iam intrested in math and physics.

Hey,
if you are from general category then you chance to get mining engineering in nitk surathkal is no possible.
Because i' m the student of nitk surathkal and one of my freind got mining there at last round with rank of 8956.
dude there is lot of tough competion in top nit's.

at this rank,..it is rather difficult to get a nit with mining branch...however,,,you can try last few rounds of the counselling...and that too in your native state...

my aieee 2012 rank is 10147 and i had few options plz help me...ptions are nit trichy metallurgy, nit surathkal mining, production in mnit..and i want to give more preference to top colleges.please reply soon as counselling has started.
