As per the rules and regulations confirmed by the CBSE board of Examination, the minimum age criterion set for a student to sit in high school (10th class) board examination is 14 years. The candidate must have attended the age of 14 years to sit for 10th class board examination.

Therefore, according to this rule your son is eligible to set for 10th class CBSE exam in 2015. This will be possible if you will admit your son in school at the age of 3 years to complete Nursery/L.K.G and U.K.G class education. If you are directly admitted your son at class 1st in school, then you can admit him at the age of 5 years.
