For any central government exam like UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB etc. there is clear cut reservation policy. Candidates belonging to SC or ST, OBC or handicapped get the reservation and hence relaxation in aggregate marks and upper age limit. As you are not within the purview of reserved candidates so you will not get any reservation in any central government sponsored entrance exams.
