Will I get fee reimbursement if I join B.Tech in college other than what allotted to me?

Will I get any fee reimbursement if I join B.Tech in a college other than the college that I were allotted a seat through EAMCET Counselling process? Or, do I need to join the college allotted to me for getting reimbursement?
