I got 1200 in jee exam.will i get seat in ihm all over india

As per your rank you can definitely get admission in the IHM.

Also you must have to fulfill below eligibility criteria :

Eligibility: Candidate should have passed XII Standard Examination of any State Board /
University for Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
