In order to pursue MBBS from any medical Institute, in India as well as abroad, combination of Physics, Chemistry and Biology is mandatory.
Since you have completed your Intermediate with Maths, Physics and Chemistry, you can not be considered eligible for the course.
With the subject combination of yours, you may get into the engineering field but not in the medical field.
