Yes there will be an entrance test for the admission of BSc Nursing. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct entrance examination for the admission of B.H.M.S, B.A.M.S, B. Sc Nursing and B.P.T. The examination was conducted on 31st May 2015. The course duration is four years.

B.Sc Nursing course is available in Kolkata. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board is conducting a joint entrance test for Nursing, BHMS, BUMS etc. You must appear and qualify in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination or the entrance exam conducted by the concerned university. The selection is based on the entrance exam performance. Please be on the lookout for an announcement in 2016 on this subject. The duration of this course is 4 years.
