Yes, you are very certainly eligible to apply for Civil Services Examination being a Bachelor of Hotel Management Correspondence candidate. The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for appearing in Civil Services Examination is "Graduate Degree" or Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Candidates who pass their qualifying degree from a recognized university only are eligible to appear in Civil Services Recruitment Examinations. Hence if your university is recognized one, then I am sure you are certainly eligible to apply for Civil Services Examination (Civil Services Aptitude Test). Since Bachelor of Hotel Management course is a graduate degree you are certainly eligible to apply for Civil Services Aptitude Test. The minimum age required to apply for Civil Services is 21 years and the maximum age must not exceed 30 years and there will be an age relaxation for reserved candidates as per the government norms.
