Default Re: Benefits allotted to Specialist Officer in NABARD?

If you want to know about the benefits given by NABARD to specialist officer then you must know that NABARD is a bank which is different from all other government and private banks and facilities to employees of NABARD are also different and more than that of other banks that is why you must understand that there will be so many benefits and advantages provided by NABARD to its employees.

01. Superannuation Benefits : The staff on contract shall be entitled to any superannuation benefits such as Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity etc. as per rules of the government and bank's as well.

02. Residential Accommodation/ HRA - House Rent Allowance : No residential accommodation or allowance will be paid by the bank strictly mentioned in the official recruitment notification.

03. Travelling and Halting Allowance : The consultant will be eligible for TA and HA as admissible to an officer of the bank as per extant TA rules given in the notice/circular

04. Leave Benefit : The specialist officer on contract shall be entitled for a leave upto maximum of 30 days in a calendar year during the contract on proportionate basis provided that not more than 07 days leave may be availed at a stretch and that Saturday/Sunday/Holiday may not be combined in such a way that total absence to any one occasion exceeds 10 days if any. Leave will however be granted subject to exigencies of work. Any absence beyond the above period will be treated as leave without any pay and the remuneration will be paid to him will be reduced to that extant. The leave shall be earned on pro rata basis in a calendar year and shall not be allowed to carry forward to next year calendar year.

Other facilities : Apart from salary the employee will get benefits like Special Allowance, Petrol Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, News Paper Allowance etc. as per rules of the bank.

I would finally say that you must not care what is being paid by the bank and what are the facilities, you should think that if you satisfy the management of the bank by your performance and hardwork so may be your appointment is finalised by the bank and you become permanent employee of the bank which will be the best result of your life and you will be set at all in the bank and the bank will totally keep you as an employee of the NABARD on regular basis.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
