Hello everyone, I would like to know about the pay scale in NABARD for Specialist Officer post. Can anyone of you let me know about the pay scale? I am going to apply for the same post but don’t know about the pay scale.

Pay Scale offered for the post of Specialist Officer in NABARD:

Remuneration or Pay Scale offered per month are given below,

>> For Chief Technology Officer - 3.25 Lakh

>> Senior Advisor for Computerisation of Rural Credit Instructions - 1.45 Lakh

>> Chief Risk Manager - 1.45 Lakh

>> Project Manager for Rural Credit Institutions Computerisation - 1.05 Lakh

>> Assistant Project Manager, Storage, Marketing and Processing - 0.77 Lakh

>> Assistant Project Manager, Climate Change - 0.77 Lakh

>> Assistant Project Manager, Renewable Energy - 0.77 Lakh

>> Assistant Project Manager, Online MIS Reports - 0.77 Lakh

>> Risk Managers - 1.05 Lakh

>> Senior Project Finance Manager - 1.05 Lakh

>> Project Finance Manager (Infrastructure Projects) - 1.05 Lakh

>> Specialist Officer (Legal Aspects) - 0.77 Lakh

You must know that this is the junior level specialist officer contractual job in NABARD and candidates those who are selected will not be treated as regular and permanent employees of the bank that is why the salary of the selected candidates will be less than that of other regular employees of the bank which is mentioned in the notice :

Specialist Officer Legal Aspects will be paid rs. 0.77 lakh per month means the candidate will get rupees 77,000/- per month as salary from the bank and apart from this good salary the candidate will also get other benefits like :

Superannuation benefits such as - pension funds, provident funds, gratuity etc.
Travelling and Halting Allowances
Leave Facilities as per circular of the bank
