PO stands for Probationary Officer. Yes, you are eligible to apply for SBI PO examination with this percentage of marks. There is no such specific percentage of marks required to apply for SBI PO examination, you can apply for it with even passing percentage of marks in bachelor's degree. Final year candidates of bachelor's degree can also apply for examination.

The age limit for SBI PO examination is 21-30 on 1st August of year of examination. Upper age relaxed for candidates of OBC and SC/ST category by three and five years respectively. You can also apply for IBPS PO examination.
