i am doing final year EEE. Can i apply for SBI PO exam?

yes definitely you are eligible to appear for sbi po if you have atleast 60% in graduation.

you are in final year so you are also eligible.but if selected you will have to show the graduation certificate that is b.tech certificate.

yes you can apply for SBI PO as minimum eligibility for SBI is graduation so a b.tech guy can also apply for it..

but you must complete your graduation with atleast of 55% aggreagate and 12th class with a percentage of 60% for probationary..

If You must have completed Your graduation with at least 60% aggregate Marks in class 12 and 55% aggregate in graduation from the recognized University to be eligible For SBI P.O Exams.

And You Must be computer literate And You Must be above 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years Only then You are Eligible for SBI Bank PO Exams. So, after Completing Your Graduation You can Apply for Bank PO Exams.

You can give the exam of SBI PO but if you should have your B.Tech final year marksheet in your hand with 60% marks at the time of interview otherwise you will be rejected

You can apply for Bank PO exam but at the time of interview you need to have finished your B.Tech Because their criteria for PO Post is graduation.

You need to complete graduation for the PO Post.

Congrats you are 100% eligible,they will treat you as a appearing candidate but at the time of final process you have to show you B.tech certificate otherwise they will reject you.not only SBI you are eligible for any Nationalized bank PO but you switch your field from technology to Banking side,think once again and then decide because this is very crucial stage once you enter in other field its hard to return back..

You are not eligible to appear for the SBI probationary officer exam why because the minimum educational qualification that one should have to apply for SBI PO exam is graduation.

Once you complete your graduation i.e. your EEE you will be able to appear for the exam if you have the enough percentage of marks as mentioned in the notification.

But you can attempt the exam to get some practice just by giving the manipulated details of your graduation percentage and the college from where you completed your graduation at the time of filling online application form. One thing keep in mind that appear only for the written test and satisfy with that. Don't go for further stages where you need to submit the evidence in the form of your educational certificates.

Eligibility for SBI PO :
-Candidate must be a citizen of India
- Age should be 21-30 years of age
- Candidate must be a computer literate
- As per educational qualifications, for General category of students, they need to have a minimum of 60% at their graduation level and a minimum of 55% at their 10+2.
- For SC, ST, PWD, the minimum percentage of marks required is 55% in their graduation level and 50% at their 10+2.

yes you can appear for SBI PO and in fact all other po exams... you need to have min 60% in 12th and 55% graduation... and should not be younger than 21yrs and older than 30 years... bingo

Yes, you can apply for SBI PO exam while doing EEE.

For SBI PO exam minimum eligibility is graduation in any discipline with 60 % marks from a regonised institute / university.

And final year appearing candidates can also apply.

you can apply for the exam only if you think that you will get atleast 60% marks in your graduation. also it is required that you should have 60% or more marks in 12th class.

Its for sure you are eligible for the exam and you can give the exam but make sure if you are selected you can show them your final year passing certificate with at least 60% marks. So they can select you failing to do so will disqualify you immediately.

according to me you are absolutely eligible for the SBI bank PO exam but then you have to get a minimum of the 60% of marks in the b tech degree.......

State Bank of India is a nationalized bank of India which is conducting PO exam for the recruitment of candidate for the post of PO.

I have done my b.tech from cse and got the result on 23rd of May and will get the degree in a week or so. The eligibility criteria give by SBI is "garduate as on 01/05/11". so can i apply??

I think you are Eligible for SBI bank Probationary Officer Exams.

Eligibility Criteria :

• The candidate must possess a bachelor Degree from a Recognized University.
  
• The Age should be Not below 21 and Not above 30 Yrs as On 01.05.11
  
• Relaxation In the upper age limit to Reserved category candidates.
  
• 3 years in the case of OBC candidates.
  
• 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates.

The Application fee :

Yes you have appilied for SBI PO exam.

Here your 12th standerd percentage will be 60% and at the same time your btech percentage will be55%.
Its better to incresre your btech percentsge.While above 60% is good.

Here you will be eligible for this SBI po exam.
At the time of interview they will ask btech certificate with 60% marks.Its not possible to show your certificate.

So its better to apply after completion of your course.

Yes surely you can apply for bank PO exam as you fulfill the eligibility criteria of bank PO which is as follows:-

1. Educational Qualifications:- General Candidates and others - 60% or more marks in class XII and 55% or more marks in Graduation or
Post Graduation. Final year students are also eligible.

2. Age - Not below 21 years and not above 30 years


Selection Procedure in SBI is given below:

1. Tier I - Preliminary Examination : Time 2 Hrs.

Candidates will be called for an objective type examination. The objective type examination will consist of i) Reasoning Ability Test, ii) Quantitative Aptitude, iii) General Awareness/Computer Knowledge, iv) English Language.

2. Tier II - Main Test : Time 3 Hrs.

This will be an Objective and Descriptive type examination.

The objective type examination of 2 hours duration will consist of :

i) Test of Reasoning

ii) Data Analysis and Interpretation

iii) Marketing Knowledge

iv) Test of English Language

If your EEE is completed before 1.6.2011 and your age is between 21 to 30 years on 1.6.2011 than you can apply for sbi po vacancy.

The exam of sbi(associate) po is on 7 august 2011. And sbi po is on 17 july 2011.

because eligibility criteria is made through marks in 10,12th and degree. You must have 55% aggregate marks.

No, being an under graduate, you can only apply for bank clerk job. For bank PO,you need to be graduate . The eligibility conditions for bank PO are:-

Age limit: Candidate age must be in between 21 years to 30 years (age relaxation for reserved candidates as per Govt guide lines i.e 3 years in upper limit for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Educational Qualification: Any degree from a recognized University with 55% marks for General and OBC Candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD Candidates or post graduation .
