i am poulami mukherjee,going to complete my post graduation.i got 70% marks in 10th standard,58% in 12th,45% in graduation and 68% in post graduation.please tell me can i apply for sbi 's po exam.

Yes you will be eligible to able to apply for this test. In the notification the bank has mentioned that graduates can apply. There is no mention of the minimum marks. But since your score is low, you need to work towards attaining a high score in the test. Also being well prepared for the interview round is a must.

SBI PO minimum criteria is 60% through out carrer.

but you have inconsistent carrer so you have not sit in SBI PO.

but you sit oyher bank exam who required 55% in carrer like PNB,BOB,ANDHRA ETC>

i dont have 60% in degree iam belongs to open category but i have 60% in mba am i able to apply r nor please suggest me

no you can not apply for Bank PO exam SBI btu you can try for the PO post of other BANKS.such as corporation bank, axis bank etc

The bank PO is conducted to recruit fr bank probationary officer post.You are eligible if they are taking your post graduation marks.The eligibility needed for writing this exam is:

Eligibility:

The candidate must be a citizen of India.
The candidate must have a age limit of 21-30 years.
The candidate must have a degree from a recognized university with 60% aggregate.Some banks prefer for 55% as it changes from bank-bank.
The candidate must have known about computers and to operate MS Office.

If you satisfy all the criteria's given above then you are eligible for the exam.

the minimum criteria to appear in the bank PO exam is first class degree in graduation . So i am very sorry to say that you are not eligible to appear in the exam of Bank PO.

I think you are not eligible for SBI exam for PROBATIONARY..

as minimum eligiblity criteria is One must completed his graduation with atleast of 55% aggreagate and 12th class with a percentage of 60% for probationary.. and you have 58% in 12th class....

and for clerical one need to clear 12th class with a minimum percentage of 60%..(or in highest degree)

but i think you can be elgible for CLerical as accarding to heighest degree you have 68% but not for probationary officer....

The eligibility criteria for sitting in sbi bank po exam is-you have to score atleast 60% marks in your graduation.So you can not sit for the exam,try for other exams.

but you are not satisfy all the criteria's of SBI bank PO exam.
So you can not apply for Bank PO exam SBI but you can try for the PO post of other BANKS.

my dear friend i thinkn you are not eligible for state bank of india po's.Because you were poor in your graduation marks.As per my knowledge 55%is necessary for writting an exam of sbi po's.So don't worry will you try sbi clerical post.Because the reason is the clerical ost minimum qualification is 55% in intermediatr(12).so you can try SBI clerical post.All the best

If you want to apply in SBI PO exam,then you should have 60% marks in graduation.if you belongs to non general category then you get some reservation.
The candidates who scored 60% marks in Graduation will be eligible to apply in SBI PO exam.
As you mention here you have 45% marks in graduation .Sorry to say you can not apply in SBI PO with 45% marks.

SBI has a criteria of 60 % all over.since you don't have that i dont think that you are eligible.
but dont loose heart because there are other banking exams as well with lesser cut off try for that.

no you are not eligible for SBI PO job because the job requirement is a graduate degree with at least 50 to 60 percent

You are eligible to take other bank PO exams like in bank of Baroda, Canara Bank,Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, etc.

if your age is0between 21 to 30 years then you are eligible because you have completed your graduation which is the minimum educational qualification required.

the percentage of graduation is not required. You can apply easily.

Yes you will applied for SBI PO examination. For SBI PO examination you are age eligibility of 18 years and above and you have passed you 12 board examination with 50% aggregate marks. And after passing SBI PO ewritten exam you will have to qualify interview of this exam and after qualifying this interview you can easily got a job in SBI.

dear friend,

Those candidate have completed their graduation degree with above 60% marks from any recogniged university are eligible for SBI PO exam.

But your age must be in between 20 to 30 years.Age relaxation is provide only for SC/ST/OBC candidate .For Sc/ST candidate have age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC candidate it is 3 years.

BANK PO exam consist of two steps 1) Written test 2)Personal Interview.

For written test you must be prepare for mathematics and general knowledge.Also you must have basic knowledge computer field.

Every bank set their own criteria .So it is not perfect criteria all SBI PO exam.

You have not 60% in through out so you are not eligible for SBI PO exam.

Yes your eligible for SBI PO Examination after Completing your gradation .. There is No Minimum Percentage of marks require for this Examination ..

But you should not fail in Single subject than Only your eligible for SBI PO Examination .

Eligibility requirements for SBI PO

Academic qualification :-

• You should have a Graduation degree of at least 3 years in any discipline from recognized university or its equivalent.
• If you have a Distance degree then it should be approved from the DEC(Distance Educational council).

Age :-

• Your minimum age should be 21 years.
• Age should not be above 30 years.

Marks :-

• Your minimum marks in Graduation should be 60% minimum.

The selection process will be done in three stages :-

• Written Test.
• Group Discussion and Interview.
• Final selection.

Written test :- This exam will include two types of test.First will be objective type and other will be descriptive type.The objective will be of 200 marks and its total duration will be 2 hours.Questions will be as follows -

Yes of course you are eligible to give this exam. The percentage you have acquired at post graduation level is more than enough to sit for this exam. To know more about the exam please read on.
