Hi friends, can anyone of you tell me the details of the Physical Efficiency Test which is there for the selection in Arunachal Pradesh Police recruitment for Sub Inspector? Please provide me the details of this test.

Physical Efficiency Test details of Arunachal Pradesh Police Sub Inspector Recruitment:

If you meet the required physical standards then you will be called to attend Physical Efficiency Test. Physical Efficiency Test is just of qualifying nature.

1) 1500 mtrs race:-
For Male - 8 minutes
For Female - Not Applicable

2) 800 mtrs race:-
For Male - Not Applicable
For Female - 5 minutes

3) High Jump:-
For Male - 120 cms (in 3 attempts)
For Female - 90 cms (in 3 attempts)

4) Long Jump:-
For Male - 14 feet (in 3 attempts)
For Female - 9 feet (in 3 attempts)

5) 100 Mtrs Race:-
For Male - 16 seconds
For Female - 17 seconds

6) Chin Up:-
For Male - 6 times
For Female - Not Applicable
