Difference between Pay Scale & Grade Pay in SSC Lower Division Clerk recruitment?

After searching alot, I finally know about the SSC details of Lower Division Clerk. But one thing I didn’t understood. I saw both Pay Scale and Grade Pay. Can you please let me know about the difference between them?

Yeah! I will clarify the confusion about payscale and grade pay. Grade pay is the amount which is given based on the grade of employee. In example, group-A employees get higher grade pay than group-B,C or D employees. On the other hand, Payscale is the monthly salary of that post government employee. Basic pay is calculated by adding payscale and grade pay. So, you can say that, Basic Pay= Payscale + Grade Pay.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
