Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for Air Transport Services Limited Customer Agent recruitment. As you are a BA graduate, so you are eligible to apply. You must have minimum 1 year of working experience in fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger checking/cargo handling area with any airline or Ground Handling Agencies. Your age should not exceed 28 years and age relaxation may be applicable on reserved category candidates as per government norms.

Candidates who have obtained graduation under 10+2+3 pattern from a recognized university with knowledge of Computer operations

Candidates who have completed Diploma in IATA – UFTA or IATA – FIATAA or IATA – DGR or IATA – CARGO

or

Candidates having suitable experience in the Airline industry

Candidates age should not be above 28 years for General category, 31 years for OBC category and 33 years for SC/ST category

1) Applicant must complete Degree with Diploma & relevant experience from a recognized university.

2) Applicants age should be not more than 28 years and upper age relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST and OBC category candidates as below,

• Upper age Limit for Customer Agent for SC/ ST: 33 Years
• Upper age Limit for Customer Agent for OBC: 31 Years
