hi, I am B.E student and after completion of my degree course I want to appear for forest ranger exam? I don't have any idea for this exam, but first tell me am I eligible for this or not?

Eligibility Criteria Required for Forest Ranger Examination after B.E:

Educational qualification and age criteria required for this Forest Ranger Examination are as follows.

>> Candidate must have completed Graduation in Natural Sciences, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Agriculture from a recognized university.

>> As you are done with Bachelor of Engineering you are eligible to apply for forest ranger examination.

Sir I am BE mechanical student...Which subject is selected while selecting optional subject and their is no mechanical subjects in the list ..

==>Still you can read official notification for forest ranger
==>As your qualification is B.E. in electrical engineering...you may not apply for it.

Which branch of BE you have completed?

Only those who are from the Mechanical/civil/Chemical engineering background can apply for the Forest Range Officer test.
