I have completed my MBA course. Further i want to become an SP in Tamil Nadu State Police Department. So tell me how to become an SP? Please help me.

A candidate cannot be directly recruited as Superintendent of Police (SP). First, the aspirant should join as Additional Superintendent of Police. Then through promotions he get Deputy Superintendent of Police, Additional Superintendent of Police and finally Superintendent of Police.

Here are the details regarding the post of Additional Superintendent of police in Tamilnadu. The candidates are strictly selected on the basis of the entrance exam and personal interview.

ELIGIBILITY :

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidates age should be in the range of 21-30 years.

* Age relaxation is applicable as per norms.

* Candidate should possess bachelor's degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

* Candidate should be physically fit without any deformities.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :

* Written examination.

* Personal Interview.

* Medical test.
